Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. The timeline for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or card provider.
If your ceramics arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to item damage or CeramicSpot error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
