We want you to love your new ceramics from CeramicSpot. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward refund process.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your ceramic item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • Packed in the original packaging with all included materials

Please note: Custom, commissioned, or personalized pieces and sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. The timeline for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or card provider.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your ceramics arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to item damage or CeramicSpot error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
