Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new ceramics from CeramicSpot. If you need a different item, our exchange policy is here to help you get the perfect piece for your space.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged/defective, or if you wish to swap for a different size, style, or color of the same product. Your exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and protection intact

2. How to Request an Exchange

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at support@ceramicspot.store with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Let us know which item, size, or color you'd like in return.
  3. Wait for our team to reply with a Return Authorization and next steps for shipping your original piece back.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned ceramic piece, we'll notify you about approval of your exchange. Approved exchanges usually ship within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

4. Return & Replacement Shipping

If your item was damaged in transit or arrived with a defect, we’ll cover all shipping fees for your exchange. For personal preference or size/style exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping. We will cover the cost to send your replacement piece.
